Imagine waking up to find…! your means to sustain life all but gone, no job – factory or office closed indefinitely, markets by the day getting alarmingly worse, no land to plough, no place to sell your harvest, no sight of recovery, your resolve start to shake and you feel nervous and helpless..?
The picture however is not as dark as you think….. there’s “hope” for ACCDGL is formulated with the objective of finding, formulating and executing sustainable solutions for farmers, manufacturers, businessmen and the unemployed through making them members of the Association of Ceylon Commerce Development (Guarantee) Limited.

HOW MEMBERS ARE PRIVILEDGED
Members of the Association of Ceylon Commerce Development (Guarantee) Limited are favored over others with privileges that are both unique and special – solutions for farmer’s problems; introduce and implement a scheme for the safe transport of agricultural produce to markets; make agricultural scientists share their knowledge with farmers; support and provide instructions to obtain loans, legal aid (including birth, marriage and death certificates) or any other; develop a mechanism to sell agricultural produce at the highest price; provide technical knowledge for the manufacturing sector; awareness programme for ACCDGL Members about local and foreign market opportunities and guide them to benefit by these; provide legal advice and legal assistance for business registration; mediate on behalf of ACCDGL Members when they deal with statutory bodies; facilitate in the provision of vocational education free of charge or under concessionary rates for ACCDGL Members; provide advice and assist in obtaining loans for business startups; mediate and provide assistance on any issue ACCDGL Members face when they engage in their gainful employment activities; publish a monthly magazine about skills development programmes for ACCDGL Members and about latest technology developments; coordinating self-employment training, seminars and related courses conducted by government and private sector organizations at concessionary rates for the un-employed; assisting to obtain loans; mitigate to ease income tax complications.
